How do I make a booking?
Via telephone or preferably through our ‘Instant Online Quote’ booking engine.
What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?
If you don't know the post code you can check via the Royal Mail website for the post code or alternatively just provide as much details as you can and we will adjust the quote accordingly.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive a welcome email containing your login password on your first booking with us. You will automatically receive an Air Taxis confirmation email after payment of your booking. Once your booking has been assigned to a driver we will email you with your drivers details.
What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and I have less than 24 hours to my journey time?
Call us IMMEDIATELY rather than emailing. We will confirm your booking.
How does ‘Meet and Greet’ work?
‘Meet and Greet’ is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board and then accompany you back to his vehicle. Our drivers will help carry your luggage.
How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
Our drivers will be waiting for you in the waiting lounge holding up a name board. If you can't locate your driver, please call our main telephone number.
What if I can't find my driver?
If you can't locate your driver, please call the telephone number provided or call us directly.
Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, We are fully licensed and insured. All our drivers have been DBS (Criminal Record Checks) passed. We also interview all our drivers to ensure they meet our professional ethos.
What hours do you operate?
We provide a 24/7 service. All booking needs to be made in advance of 24 hours. We do offer an immediate travel service (short notice). You will need to call us to discuss your immediate travel requirements.
Can I smoke in the car?
All our cars provide a breathe easy environment and therefore we have a strict non-smoking policy.
We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats per transfer.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Our prices are fixed for prebooked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there may be additional charges.
Are the prices per passenger of per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
We use journey tracking systems to monitor your planes arrival or departure time. We adjust our journey planning accordingly. If we are collecting you from an airport/train station we allow 1 hour of free waiting time. After that we charge £1 for each 10 mins we wait for you.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are welcome but not compulsory, and entirely at your discretion.
